Light exersise from 2007. The job was to, first of all, experiment with light, and we started with a light box (basically a big carbon box). We cut it open in different places and watched how the setting, ambiance and feeling changed. And then we had to choose a theme to work with. I chose a library. I made a library tower, a big element in a double height room. My thought was to have a strong element, the book tower around which you could move in different levels. I was inspired by how Tadao Ando plays with light in his projects.

My very first school project

From 2007 – the job was to draw a temporary house design for the summer. It had to be easy to put up and remove, and therefore I just came up with a simple tent-like hut, that could stand alone or be connected with other tents. For my yellow model I used a used plastic bag from a supermarket called Netto, pibe cleansers and paper. A very basic (!) but good exercise to start up with.
